Located in the heart of Fuerteventura, this bungalow enjoys a strategic position, just minutes away from the airport and the island’s capital, making it the perfect base for exploring everything this paradise has to offer.

The Space
Our bungalow,  boasts an elevated and commanding position overlooking the large pool of the Sun Beach complex, offering breathtaking sea views. Located at the corner, it is free on three sides, ensuring maximum privacy on the fourth side. Recently renovated to the highest quality standards, it is designed to provide maximum comfort for our guests. All windows and French doors are equipped with adjustable shutters.

The Sun Beach complex is fully enclosed and features a large private park. It is in excellent condition and includes a spacious pool with a central island, perfect for relaxation.

The Terrace
The exclusive 15-square-meter terrace is fully furnished with a sofa, a dining table for four, two armchairs, and shaded by a wooden beam structure covered with fabric. From the terrace, you step directly into the apartment’s living room.

The Apartment
The bungalow consists of:
– A bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a double bed, and bedside tables
– A living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a dining table, chairs, a coffee table, and a TV unit with storage compartments and shelves
– A bathroom with a shower and a window
